We've heard your feedback, and today we're thrilled to announce the biggest update to Tasky since our launch: Instant Booking is now live across all Emirates and all service categories.
What's Changed?
Previously, booking a service on Tasky involved submitting a request and waiting for providers to respond with quotes. While this works well for complex projects, many of you told us that for routine services — cleaning, AC maintenance, plumbing fixes — you want to book instantly and get a confirmed time slot right away.
Now you can. Here's how it works:
- Choose your service — browse or search for what you need
- Pick a provider — view ratings, reviews, and availability
- Select a time slot — see real-time availability and book instantly
- Get instant confirmation — your booking is confirmed in seconds, not hours
Coverage Across All Emirates
Instant booking is available in:
- Dubai (all areas)
- Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain)
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
For Service Providers
Providers can now set their availability calendars, define service areas, and receive instant bookings without the back-and-forth of quoting. This means more jobs, less admin time, and happier customers. If you're a provider on Tasky, update your availability in the provider portal to start receiving instant bookings today.
What's Next
Instant booking is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we'll be rolling out:
- Same-day express bookings — for urgent needs with a 2-hour window
- Subscription packages — recurring services at discounted rates
- In-app messaging — chat directly with your provider before, during, and after the service
